Will you ship to countries other than the US?

YES, We currently ship to the UK and most European countries, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. When ordering from ouside the US please choose "Expedited Shipping" when completing your purchase. Funds must be paid through a verified Paypal or Google Checkout account and will only ship to the address linked to the account holder.

What are your shipping charges?

We are offering FREE Shipping on all Google Checkout Orders
If you pay using our Paypal gateway:
We charge just $4 + 1.25% of the total sale. If you place an order for $600 then a shipping charge of $4+$7.50=$11.50 would be added to cover postal charges, packaging and insurance. You also have the abilty to use our "Expedited Shipping" for an additional fee of $12 which will guarantee delivery within 3 business days to all continental US destinations and 4 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently offer credit card, check and cash payments through Paypal. To use our Paypal payment system just follow the prompts to complete your order and you will be taken directly to the Paypal payment page. We also offer Google Checkout. Simply choose Google Checkout from your "View Cart" and you will be placed in the Google Checkout page to complete your purchase with FREE shipping.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products and for 10 years we have had a NO QUESTIONS asked return policy on all of our in-stock items. If you don't absolutely love your jewelry for any reason then please use the contact form below and we will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Returned jewlery must be in unworn "As Shipped" condition. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full refund of purchase price (less shipping) will be credited within 72 hours of receipt. Custom and Special orders are exempt from this policy and may require a restocking charge of 25%.

YES, We not only match every day pricing from our competition but we will also throw in

Do you take trade-in's or trade-up's?

YES, We give a full value credit on jewelry that you've purchased from us. If at any time you'd like to "Trade-Up", simply ship your item back to us with a copy of the the original purchase invoice and we will gladly credit your order for the full amount. The total purchase must be 15% or more above your original total.
Yes we will take other trade-ins and credit your order with current wholesale value or gold value whichever is greater.

Do you offer other discounts?

YES, We have our Super Buyers program which gives a 5% favored customer discount. Once you've reached a combined total above $500 you will be placed in the Super Buyer group and will receive a 5% discount on every order. All purchases including your first paid order will qualify for this discount.
