Every item is described to the best that our ability provides and we never "over sell" any item intentionally. While your idea of what a product might be and our idea of what it might be could be different for this reason we offer you a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" return policy. 3. Courtesy and Respect - You can always send us a note if you have any questions or just to say hello. We consider every client to be not only a customer, but a friend. Our family has spent over 30 years in the retail trades and becuase of this we have a genuine respect for our customers. The same is true for our online sales. We do not hide behind the electronic veil that so many use as a shield to make fraudulent or less than upstanding deals through. We are not the only ones to make these claims but we are a part of the select few who follow through on our claims.
4. Accountability - If anything I have stated means nothing then the 3rd party companies who rate and insure businesses can't all be wrong about us. Are Forever Jewelers, Netshoppers and IC Online Services carry with them the highest BBB rating possible (AAA company rating), we are verified through PayPal and Authorizenet, we are backed by Square TRade and have been a highlighted business on their website and by BUY SAFE who will bond our auctions to $25,000. We have met and exceeded all scrutiny from these companies and have passed with flying colors.
