What are your shipping charges?
We charge just $5 flat rate for regular or $19 for expedited shipping within the US. International shipping is a flat rate of just $18.95.

What is your return policy?

If you don't absolutely love your jewelry for any reason then please use the contact form below and we will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Returned jewelry must be in unworn "As Shipped" condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full refund of purchase price (less shipping) will be credited within 72 hours of receipt. Custom and Special orders are excluded from this policy.

Do you offer other discounts?
Yes! We have a special Super Buyers Program which gives a 5% favored customer discount. Once you've reached a combined total of $500 in purchases you will be automatically placed into our Super Buyer group and will receive an additional 5% discount on all future orders. All purchases beginning with your first paid order will be applied toward this discount.

We issue a monthly e-mail newsletter to all members of our site. Sign up with our site and when you checkout, be sure to check the box that says "sign up for the latest news and offers." You will then receive our updates and monthly newsletter. Also, we will be starting a new Facebook page very soon and we invite all our customers to join our page when we do.
